At Safe Universe, we ideated a wildfire protection system that has 2 key parts:
1) Fighting Wildfires
• Relay Supply Machines: These machines relay water or retardants to key firefighting locations, ensuring a steady supply.
• Mega Firefighting Machine: A large machine forms the core of the effort, storing water/retardants from the relay system. It supplies fire crews and offers a shelter for firefighters during extreme conditions.
• Advanced Firefighter Suits: Special suits enable firefighters to enter the fire directly, allowing them to combat it at the source. These suits would protect them from extreme heat while allowing mobility.
• Communication Devices: Devices will improve communication between firefighters and supply teams.
• Visibility/Surroundings Awareness Tools: Tools are designed to ensure that firefighters have clear visibility and awareness of their surroundings in the smoky, dangerous environment.
2) Hybrid-Panel Protection for Houses and Properties
• Hybrid-Panel System: Designed to protect properties in the path of a wildfire, these panels could serve as physical and heat barriers, minimizing damage to structures and increasing overall safety in fire-prone areas
3) The suits can be used in domestic and industrial fires
The suits can be used by firefighters in other scenarios like domestic and industrial fires. These advanced protective suits enable firefighters to enter active flames directly, providing them with the capability to rescue trapped individuals safely and efficiently.
